Membership Information

  • When should I expect to receive my membership cards?
    Your membership cards will arrive approximately 2–3 weeks after your membership is processed. If you would like to visit the Museum but have not yet received your card(s), simply present your photo ID at the front desk.

    What should I do if I lose my membership card or change my mailing address?
    Please contact our Customer Service Center to request a replacement card or to change your contact information: 404-733-4575 (Monday–Friday, 9 a.m.–5 p.m.) or hmamem@woodruffcenter.org.

    Which membership levels qualify for reciprocity at other art museums? Where can I find a list of participating institutions?

    Is Friday Jazz free for members?
    Yes, this event is free for members. Member guest passes may also be used at Friday Jazz.

    How do I redeem my Guest Passes?
    Share guest passes with friends, family, and colleagues for free admission to our permanent collection as well as special programs including Friday Jazz, Toddler Thursdays, and First Fridays. Simply present your guest passes at the front desk when you arrive.

    How do I give a gift of stock or securities to the High Museum of Art?

    Do members receive a discount on parking?
    Yes. High Museum members may park in the Woodruff Arts Center parking garage at the discounted rate of $8 (during Museum hours and based on availability).

    Do members receive discounts to performances at the Atlanta Symphony Orchestra or Alliance Theatre?
    Yes, members enjoy a 10% discount on select performances by the Atlanta Symphony Orchestra and Alliance Theatre. For more information, please call the Woodruff Arts Center Box Office at 404-733-5000.

    Yes, please call 404-733-4575 to request a membership donation.

    Does the High Museum offer discounts for Atlanta Symphony Orchestra or Alliance Theatre subscribers?
    Yes. The High offers $3 off Museum admission tickets for all current Atlanta Symphony Orchestra and Alliance Theatre subscribers. This offer is valid for walk-up tickets only with a valid subscriber card.
